- All returns must be pre-approved by calling or emailing D-K production Group.
- Return all shipments to 8755 E Highway 90. Monticello, KY 42633.
- Customers have 5 days from date of receipt to return products for a replacement or refund of the price paid.
- A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns.
- If original shipment is damaged, please include a picture.
- All products must be returned with all the original components, and paperwork it came with.
- All products that are not defective or are without original packing may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Special order items and products that have been manufactured or altered are not returnable.
- All shipments must be prepaid. Return shippingcost will not be refunded, unless the reason for the return is our fault.
- Returns must be send via standard USPS ground. Express delivery shipping charges will not be refunded.
